We wish you a warm welcome to Apartment-Mima.

We kindly request you to take notice  of our General Terms and Conditions & House Rules

 

  1. General
  • These General Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of Apartment-Mima
  • Where you read "guest (s)" in these conditions you can also read "tenant (s)" or "user (s)"
  • Guests of Apartment-Mima must adhere to the Rules of Procedure, which are provided to them by email prior to arrival and which are also available for inspection at the accommodation. In the event of a violation of the General Terms and Conditions and / or the House Rules, or in the event of inappropriate behavior, the owner (s) / manager (s) may refuse and / or refuse guests access to the apartment with immediate effect, without further notice and specification of  reasons and without reimbursement of accommodation costs  Upon request, a copy of the General Terms and Conditions / House Rules is provided free of charge

 

  1. Apartment Mima/ Studio MiMa
  • The accommodation is described on the Appartement-mima.com website
  • This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and / or photos presented on the website and the current situation of Apartment Mima at the time of the guest's visit.  No rights can be derived from such differences by guests 
  • Pets are unfortunately not allowed due to possible allergy from guests who use the apartment after you.
  • You must have done the dishes upon departure.
  • Upon departure, you must take the waste away to the containers for separate collection at the car park across the road.
  • In the unlikely event that things fall/break, please report this by email (mineur@hetnet.nl) or on a notepad and leave it in the apartment.
  • If you are missing items that you would like to find at a subsequent stay, please let us know so that we can include that in our consideration. You can also mail to mineur@hetnet.nl

 

  1. Rates
  • The current room rates are described on the Appartement-mima.com site Deviations from this are possible.  Certainly at other sites that offer this apartment.
  • The rates of Mima are without obligation and subject to interim price changes and obvious errors.
  • A deposit of € 500 is requested per booking
  • Prices include water, electricity, heating and if applicable VAT
  • Tourist tax (€ 1,65 per person over 18 years / per night) will be charged extra and paid to the municipality
  • The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and / or travel insurance and / or other costs that you incur
  • All statements on the website of the Appartement-Mima are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. Appartement-Mima is not bound by obvious errors on its website

 

  1. Reservation and confirmation
  • The apartment can be booked orally, by telephone and in writing
  • In addition, reservations can be made via sites; for example

  • Depending on how you book, reservation costs or other costs may be charged • Guests must have a permanent place of residence or stay
  • The person registered with us is the main guest and must be at least 25 years of age or older
  • After receiving your reservation we will send you a final confirmation by e-mail. The General Terms and Conditions will take effect at that time
  • It is impossible to provide a definitive confirmation without your contact details
  • After confirming your reservation, it is final for both parties

 

  1. Payment
  • Once the reservation has been confirmed, you must transfer an advance of 50% of the total accommodation costs to our account.
  • You can also choose to transfer the total accommodation costs in one go. You will then receive a € 50 discount.
  • The costs must be transferred to:

  • We ask you to transfer the € 500 deposit separately to

  1. Cancellation
  • If you are unexpectedly unable to use the reserved apartment, you must report this to the owner (s) as soon as possible so that we can offer the apartment to others as quickly as possible.
  • In the event of cancellation, the guest (s) pay / pay a fee;

 

o          Cancellation up to 28 days before the booked date € 250, - 

o          Cancellation between 28 and 14 days before the booked date / start date: 50%

            of the agreed price

o          Cancellation between 14 and 0 days;  100% of the agreed pr

 

  1. Arrival and departure

 

ARRIVAL

  • Upon arrival you can remove the key from the key safe
  • This key safe is LEFT from the front door
  • You will receive your own unique SIX FIGURE code for this (for instance 123456)
  • A second set of keys is in the apartment
  • At the key ring is a front door key / apartment key (B1) and ski locker key
  • The garage remote control is in the apartment

 

       DEPARTURE

  • Upon departure, you must leave 1 key set in the apartment and 1 set in the key safe outside.
  • The garage remote control will leave you at the place where it was in the apartment
  • If you have mistakenly brought a key set that has not been returned within 7 days, an amount of € 100 will be deducted from the deposit
  • For the remote control you will be charged an amount of € 200

 

  • Your apartment will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival
  • On the day of departure you must leave the apartment by 11:00 at the latest
  • Only in consultation with the owner / manager can it be possible to deviate from the aforementioned times

 

  1. Your stay
  • Noise pollution, in particular between 10 p.m. and 7 p.m., must be prevented. This applies not only to the accommodation itself, but also to the terrace and balconies, parking garage and ski areas: please take neighbors and other guests into account
  • Radios, televisions, and other audio sources must not cause interference to others.
  • Possible visitors of guests may not spend the night in the accommodation without the permission of the owner (s) / manager and without additional payment. These visitors are also not allowed to use the terrace, conservatory and parking spaces, unless in consultation and with the approval of the owner (s) / manager (s).

 

  1. Safety and environment
  • Guests must follow instructions from the owners / manager Vehicles must be parked in designated parking space B1 or in the public parking lot across the road
  • The accommodation must be kept clean and tidy and must be left on time
  • The E.H.B.O. box can be found in the dresser in the living room.
  • Immediately report the presence of suspicious persons / activities to the owner (s) / manager
  • Smoking, incense and open flames are not permitted due to fire safety
  • The bedrooms are suitable for overnight stays of a maximum of two people
  • The entire accommodation is suitable for overnight stays of a maximum of 5 people

 

 

  1. Liability
  • The owner (s) / managers (s) cannot be held liable for personal injury resulting from the stay in our accommodation, nor can they be held liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the guests. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs will be borne by the guests  All risks related to a stay at Appartement-Mima are borne by the guests
  • Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be immediately reported by the users to the owner (s) / manager (s) and to be reimbursed In the event of loss of keys and / or remote controls, all resulting costs will be charged to the guest (s)
  • Appartement-Mima is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation such as disruptions and power failures and water supplies and technical installations, non-timely or announced construction and / or road works in the vicinity of the apartment.

 

  1. Complaints, disagreements
  • The guest is always entitled to submit his grievances through a complaint to the owner (s) / manager (s). These will always handle a complaint adequately and with due speed, in such a way that the complaint is handled according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness
  • The administrators' records are decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement, unless the users can prove the contrary
  • The owner decides on any deviation that is not included in the General Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Force majeure
  • In the event of force majeure, both of a permanent and temporary nature, the owner (s) / manager (s) are entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part or to suspend it temporarily without the guest (s) being entitled to compliance and / or claim compensation
  • Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, insurrection, war, strikes, boycott, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of owners or close family members, etc. under which the full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be expected of the owner (s) / manager (s)

 

  1. Privacy
  • The provided or disclosed personal data will be treated confidentially by the owner (s) / manager (s) and will not be made available to third parties (without explanation)

 

  1. Final provision
  • Unless otherwise specified in rules of private international law, only Dutch law applies to the present conditions. Non-Dutch speaking guests are deemed to agree with the terms and conditions
  • All disputes arising from the user agreement or these conditions will be settled in the first instance by the competent court in the Netherlands, insofar as the rules of private international law do not provide otherwise
